This poor BBC reporter was doing a segment on sexual harassment and even mentions women getting yelled at in the street when, at the worst possible timing, she gets the FHRITP.
From the YouTube description:
“A BBC TV reporter was harassed in the street while filming a report about street harassment.
Sarah Teale was filming outside a conference on the subject in Nottingham when a man directed a sexual comment towards her.
The East Midlands Today reporter said she was “genuinely shocked” by what the man said.
She said: “It’s not banter, it’s not funny and no-one should have to put up with it.”
In the clip, Teale can be heard explaining: “An online study showed that a shocking 95% of people said they had been harassed, jeered at, or had obscenities shouted at them in the street and a large proportion said they’d also been groped or grabbed inappropriately in public.”
Then, as a comment is made, she can be seen pointing ahead and saying: “Yeah, like that.”
Sometimes I feel bad for news reporters out in the field, they have to deal with so much bulls**t from people that just want their 15 minutes of fame. The key word is sometimes…because most of the time I find it hilarious what they have to deal with like this guy, reporter Tim Becker from KOIN 6, who got licked on the nape of his neck from some blonde woman.
The internet is made up mostly of cat videos and fail videos so what could be better than combining the two!? Nothing, nothing is better. Here’s 6 and a half minutes of the best cat related news bloopers. If you learn one thing from this video it’s that if cats don’t want to be held, you’re not going to be able to hold them.
Well those YouTube comments really escalated quickly.
This might be my new favorite dude. “I thought about my ribs, like I didn’t wanna let my ribs burn.” This man, know as “West Oakland”, is a national hero, he saved his kids AND his ribs! Well done sir!
First of all from the accents I assume this dude is from Australia where every animal is designed to be huge and to murder you. So this guy should not be this shocked to see a big shark.
This is a glorious compilation of news reports being forced to say “Deez Nuts” now that Mr. Nuts is polling at 9% in North Carolina in the presidential run.
The awkwardness in this video is palpable…and I loooooove it! Mel Gibson calling that guy an asshole on TV is hilarious.
This compilation of 70 times Fox News said some stupid sexist stuff is hilarious, just because of how dumb these people are. Are they even aware that they are on TV? On a related note, I really miss Jon Stewart.
This reporter was asking this little guy if he was excited for his first day of pre-kindergarten, and he says yes. So far so good with this interview. Then she asks if he was going to miss his mom which he replied “No”…then came the waterworks. This kid is going to need to toughen up if he’s going to start school! I see a of of wedgies and wet willies in this kids future.
Silly white people. This black co-anchor can’t contain his awkward laughing when the white weatherman explains that N.W.A means “Nice morning Warmer And It’s Friday”.
“This family, I’m sick of this family! It’s a non-story! Nobody cares about this family anymore!” This guy is awesome and he’s just saying what we’re all thinking.
So it’s flooding pretty badly in Tampa right now and while most people should be evacuating this dude is just out in the streets catching fish with his bare hands.
I feel bad for this guy but at the same time I can’t help but laugh at him. I love how the cameraman pulls back to shame the dude even more.
This Toronto, Canada road rage interrupted a CBC News interview and the cop yelling down at them is hilarious! His best lines are
“Both of you grow up!”
“Come on BOYS!”
“Everybody’s a winner”
