Chris Farley was one of the funniest humans the planet has ever seen, and his tragic too-soon death was a devastating blow to anyone that knew him personally and to everyone who got to enjoy his movies and TV. This trailer for the documentary about his life is definitely going to make people laugh and cry at the same time. The documentary will feature the likes of David Spade, Christina Applegate, Dan Aykroyd, Lorne Michaels, Mike Myers, Adam Sandler, and Molly Shannon. I Am Chris Farley is in theaters on July 31st.
If you saw the Academy Award winning documentary Man On Wire then you know the true story. Now director Robert Zemeckis wants you to watch Joseph Gordon-Levitt pretend to be the dude that walked across the World Trade Centers on a wire. It actually looks pretty good.
Yup, they’re making another one of these. Don’t lie to yourself, you’re going to watch it…and so am I…what’s wrong with us…
This is a fan made trailer for the latest Mad Max movie if it came out in the 1980s. Fury Road was an insanely awesome movie, and it looks like it would kick ass as an 80s movie too! I want to see it again but with a synthesizer soundtrack now.
What if Jason Bourne was a stoner that worked at 7-11, was engaged to Kristen Stewart, and had a buddy that wants to drop acid at a strip club at 8:15 in the morning? If that was a question you sometimes asked yourself, now you have an answer. This looks damn awesome actually. The cast is sick: Jesse Eisenberg, Kristen Stewart, John Leguizamo, and Topher Grace. I’m going to watch this so hard.
Thanks to a kickstarter campaign based on this trailer this movie actually got made (only a half hour long). It’s hard to describe so here’s the YouTube description:
Kung Fury is an over-the-top 80’s action comedy that was crowd funded through Kickstarter. It features Kung Fury, a Kung Fu renegade cop who travels back in time to kill his Nemesis, Hitler. The film features nazis, dinosaurs, vikings and cheesy one-liners.
You know, the oldest story in the book. Whatever, just watch it. It’s hilarious.
I completely forgot they are remaking Point Break, and the trailer is just as good as you’d expect…which is not good.

Here’s the second trailer for Johnny Depp’s new film, Black Mass which tells the story of the famous Boston Gangster Whitey Bulger. It looks awesome but Depp’s makeup still freaks me the hell out.
This is the new movie from Hostel director Eli Roth and it looks like a humdinger. Keanu Reeves has a threesome with two hot stranded strangers and then they beat the shit out of him (horrible synopsis, I know).
This looks hilarious. Rain Wilson and Elijah Wood kicking the shit out of zombie kids, count me in.
AMC was at the forefront of amazing TV Series with Mad Men and then Breaking Bad, but has been in a bit of a slump lately. Their shows Turn, Halt and Catch Fire, Low Winter Sun (ugh), and Hell On Wheels were all pretty much letdowns even though they’re not all that bad (except Low Winter Sun, that show sucked). So let’s hope their new series, Humans, can change that. The trailer, while very reminiscent of iRobot, looks promising.
I recently went back and re-watched the first season of True Detective and it was even better than I remember! And I remember it being amazing. Here’s the new trailer for season 2 which should be epic. Watch the first trailer for season 2 here.
I like this a lot. Someone recut the old Road Warrior trailer in the style of the new Fury Road trailer and it’s awesome. It makes me want to go back and watch the Road Warrior.
Another spot on Honest Trailers making fun of the movie your girlfriend likes.
I really liked the first season of The Strain. That isn’t to say that it didn’t have it’s problems, it actually had lots of problems. So let’s hope they fix those for the next season.
When I first heard that they were making another Vacation movie I didn’t have very high hopes, but this trailer actually makes it look somewhat promising. I like how they’re referencing the fact that they’re pretty much just remaking the original which reminded me of the 21 Jump Street movies. Let’s hope the actually movie isn’t a huge letdown.
I don’t think this looks very good even though it does have Simon Pegg in it. The reason I’m posting it is because it’s Robin Williams last night. He voices Simon Pegg’s dog in the movie.
Did you like the new Star Wars trailer but were thinking to yourself, “This could use some more Jar Jar Binks.” I know I was. Well you’re in luck because here he is in every shot.
*Some spoilers for seasons 1 & 2 of Hannibal
If you have not watched any of NBC’s Hannibal, you need to rethink your priorities. The show is absolutely amazing! Mads Mikkelsen is chilling as Hannibal Lector and the gore factor is cranked up to 11. Anyway, check out this awesome promo NBC put out to get us psyched for the next season which returns June 4th!
If you haven’t noticed, all trailers are exactly the same. I know this to be true. So why do I get excited every damn time I see a good one that’s just like all the other good ones where the movie failed to live up to the damn trailer?
I don’t think there’s a movie I’m more excited about right now than Mad Max! And this final trailer doesn’t disappoint, in fact it’s the best one yet. Let’s hope the movie is as good as these trailers lead to believe.
The first Ted was surprisingly hilarious so I’ve got my hopes pretty high for this one. Also, Tom Fucking Brady!
This comes from Oren Peli, director of Paranormal Activity. Apparently he made this one directly after Paranormal Activity but it hasn’t been released yet. Not really a good sign, but the trailer looks promising.
